How can private hospital profitability sky rocket due to virus, (that may result share price sky rocketing) is beyond my understanding.

Healthcare equipment, gloves mask manufacturers, pharmaceutical related, yes, as business will be good. Hospital?

my average buy price for IGBReit is 1.777. Still don't know if I should sell or not....

It’s OK. The shares I am currently holding is as per my signature. Currently my portfolio is about -8% plus.  I can still manage the risk.

I am waiting for the Maybank dividend payment. 

I am cautious about BAT and Genting. The other stocks in my portfolio can hopefully weather the storm.

Thanks for the advice! I will take it into consideration. I offloaded Tenaga about 2 weeks ago after the dividend payment. The potential upside is not high.

Alamak. I like the name Vanguard because of John Bogle's famous low cost index fund of course. Which unfortunately we dont have in Malaysia.

When I joined Low Yat forum in 2015, a number of the sifus were still around like Gark and Pink Spider. They have all disappeared now.

But I can see a number of other sifus emerging.

I sold HEIM today. IMHO, there is not much potential upside left. Moreover, the production of beer will be severely affected with the closing of the brewery factory.

I have added a few new stocks today, Lii Hen, CCK, Chinwell and Success. I was queuing for MFlour but did not manage to buy it. Testing the water carefully. These are all small or mid-cap stocks. As usual, this is not a recommendation from me to buy or sell. Please do your own research. Otherwise, I may lead you to Holland. 

In a good year, I earned about RM100K and in a bad year, I lost about RM170K (excluding sales fees and dividend payments).

But life goes on. Health and family comes first.
