Hey guys. I received a annual report from vs industry and along side with it is a proxy form which I must exercise my vote...this is a first time I received such documents. I got a few questions.

I am undable to attend the agm as I am in Sarawak. What happens if I do not exercise my vote?

Also in the proxy form, who is my proxy that I must full him or her full name and I can number.

That's thing. Are they suppose to give it to me based on the number of shares I have? Am I suppose to buy these shares or do I buy the mother share and they give me an x amount?

Sorry for the silly questions as this is the first I come across it in this 5 years of investing stocks.
