If evergrande is in other countries, its debts default could lead to financial crisis similar to 2008 level. however, china politic, ccp, plc and economy is a lot more intertwined than other countries, and pboc have time to prepare; fallout is likely less extensive and evergrande won't survive at current form; shareholders, bondholders and vendors will likely take the blunt of impact.

it is a known fact, housing stock in many china cities is more than number of household. after evergrange crisis, house price in these cities will likely remain stagnant for many years.

These days whenever I see recent videos of US or UK, it's like nobody wears a mask anymore. I've seen recent clips of people in UK attending a football match, the whole stadium was crowded and almost nobody wore a mask. I have a friend who's in the UK now too, who mentioned you'll be given weird stares if you wear a mask. Almost none of the locals wear it.

Also the recent MET gala event where none of the rich elites wore a mask but all the reporters and waiters/service people in the event had to wear a mask, and the Oscars where none of the superstars wore a mask during the indoor event. Don't give me the bullshit that these rich elites don't have to wear a mask because they all took 2 shots of vaccines, then why the non rich elites in the event can't do the same? It's clearly a rich elite vs working class thing. The hypocrisy is unreal.

I don't even know who or what to believe anymore. WHO isn't 100% trustworthy since they're in bed with China (yes WHO, we 100% believe you that China is completely innocent, and the cobis virus totally originated from America)

As it is, you can see property is the bigger money contributorto the group..... If and when the company is pressed for the earnings growth, which direction will it go? My bet it will go the property way... Money is much bigger.. more growth potential...

No issue or hard feeling, hope your loss is affordable and not significant. as i don't and couldn't share any buy tips here but happy to contribute my 2 cents worth of opinion on unsustainable price (e.g poorperly, stock). unsustainable high price (e.g tsla, btc) sometime could last longer than expected, it is prudent to take a portion of profit first and leave affordable (to loss) amount to ride the trend.

Lately less active, I have joined the dark side and is now in cash preservation mode. So no more bullish thesis or prediction for the time being. I do have a watch list of things i want to buy tho, super tempted to trade 

Overall market has been good to me this week. Apart from China tech my main holdings all pretty much hit new highs or recover close to previous highs. Portfolio still a bit shy of ATH due to China weightage but very close now.
