as far as I know, no, they will wait till someone sell at RM2 then match yours with theirs. I might be wrong, someone please confirm.

Contact someone from any investment bank near you (Maybank, RHB, CIMB etc), or find an online brokerage (Rakuten, M+ etc).
But before you do any of that, make sure you learn, learn, learn.
Learn what stocks are, what other options you have, what is your risk appetite, what's your time horizons, don't just do it because everyone else around you is doing it, do it when you know what you're doing. Otherwise, put money in Stashaway, also investing in stocks but done by people who know more about it.

Based on how crazy the market has been since the last recovery, would your strategy change compared to what you did for the last crash?

totally agreed, nothing's gonna happen up until election at least because the only thing Trump has to show is market performance, I'm also looking towards end of the year and will see how the pandemic situation is too.
