imo, industrial also cannot avoid economy downturn, core anchor also may move out and bankrupt. but mall reits will stand strong.

true. but if wan minimize risk, just hold onto shopping malls. to anyone who wan to buy reits, AVOID OFFICES reits. puke.gif even arreit has industrial properties , but also rubbish return.
