How does the share dividend calculated? I have 2400 units. How much will I have after the share dividends?

What does it tell you regarding the reliability of these reports? Both lists sourced from Bursa website.

TG shorts now at 3.02%.
spmx shorted vol today is by far, largest one since jan 5, total at 0.65%.

Why is the short position for Supermax the same as yesterday? isnt the short for spmx for yesterday was at around 3m+ unit?

Good news, was targeting to buy digi rm3.5 or below. With this news up a bit, so I will wait and see. Even if talks restarted, trying to find an agreeable evaluation not easy. Last round failed. It seems to be celcom needs digi more than digi needs celcom, finding the money to entice Telenor is another proposition altogether. Hope digi drops more, but now looks unlikely unless whole market downtrend. Digi will be better with Telenor support (tech transfer). Celcom based on its track record including the Nepal acquisition, let's just say I prefer digi with Telenor.

Conclusion,  buy Guan Chong or Cocoa land since we don't really have any listed coffee producers of note.

OK TNB bought... half of my available cash in brokerage... at RM9.70 (now RM9.69).

Yes it is all about timing, sometimes we get it right sometimes we don't. Previously a lot of analysis on BAT, how it declined over the years etc. I went in last year at around RM11.xx, collected a couple of rounds of dividend and managed to sell at RM15 a few weeks back. I previously wrote about TNB, about how in future we will have electric cars etc plus Green energy which TNB already has some investments in it. Whether those investments will pay off I don't know. But TNB is like Petronas, cash cow to the govt investment vehicle.

Will TNB drop back to RM7 or even lower, possible. Especially if new govt comes in and decides to have another electric company or we adopt nuclear energy. If that happens we adjust accordingly.

OK another half of my cash to invest in bank.... or some other shares that won't give me much heartaches.
