i wanna ask, like samchem if today ex date, if i sell tomorrow, then the payout is 22 oct, then 22 oct dividend is give cash right?

guys wanna ask for dayang counter, the RSI is kinda high which means overbuy but the counter price keep going down, does this mean maybe the director is slowly buying the share at bargain?
