I expect once clear sky hits, this would be the one stock with quite a few foreign fund inflow. Due to they are the premium gaming exposure for South East Asia region for now, apart from Naga Corp.

Key question is, when will there be clear skies or more cloudy days ahead. Huge returns is for the brave as they say

But so far I feel in terms of returns this one got room to move. A probable multibagger ? Maybe

If everything goes back to normal, FY22 im looking at EPS of around 0.25 sen, and with P/E @ 15x the share price should be around RM3.75 +- ish

I see a few catalyst moving forward:

1) Capital Investment on gaming assets globally -> Most capital investment is already done. Resort world Malaysia, Catskills, UK etc. Most infrastructures has been updated to reflect the new RW branding and expect those to bring in higher revenue / margin moving forward

2) Lower cost structure due to industry wide restructuring and a loose labor market for tourism/gaming sector. No potential wage growth cost pressure. Most excess fat has been trimmed off during the covid19 saga

3) Majority revenue from Malaysia assets. Expect higher traffic foot flow as theme parks open.

4) Tax Incentives from prior years business losses. There should be Tax breaks on profit moving forward due to the massive losses roll forward to the next year.

EPS 0.25 is a baseline FY22. I'm expecting further positive catalyst may move the valuation from a modest 15x P/E to around 20x P/E to be in line with other regional gaming entity. If PE 20x @ EPS 0.25, the stock will be around RM5+- ish, promising a 1x bagger scenario.

FGV down about -7%. Please don't think that it is a bargain. There is no margin of safety. The likelihood of being slaughtered is very high.

A good example is XOX and Kanger. Now down -11.54% and -13.89%. That's the risk we take when we play with pure goreng stocks. You win big or you lose big.
