QUOTE(ComingBackSoon @ Sep 7 2020, 02:31 PM) Have you read what I wrote...? I did say out of 36m, 15m is one-off disposal so the core profit is RM21m. Which is very respectable given its market cap, giving them a 20x annualised P/E. TG is much more expensive currently at 50x annualised P/E. 2.5x more expensive. If you can buy TG at 50x P/E, you can buy Carepls at 20x P/E, provided Carepls can continue to at least maintain their core profit of RM21m. RM25m will be good news. Anything more than RM30m is very good. I have. But you should know that many, if not most, people will always compare previous QR with the latest QR, and looking at the figures only. Those like you and me will know that despite the QR figure is lower, their profit is equal or higher than previously. It's the 15m disposal "one-off" which created the "smokescreen" to others. And I can see Careplus probably making at best 30m only. This post has been edited by ZeroSOFInfinity: Sep 7 2020, 02:43 PM

QUOTE(HereToLearn @ Sep 7 2020, 04:37 PM) Bro, you can always cut loss... Dont switch from a momentum trader to along term investor in counters that cannot go for long term play... Dont lock you money there and see it dwindling, Lock your money there without doing anything is called opportunity cost, you can use that money to make more money elsewhere (e.g. short FKLI if you think the KLCI will drop more). One of the forumers here kept promoting about opportunity cost, he is not wrong. Dont lock you money in a downtrend counter, maximize your gain investing somewhere else. Even back into FD is better than seeing you money slowly degrading The chances of rebounding will be getting lesser and lesser when we are getting closer to the 1st loan repayment deadline (31 Oct). But I think most people will get out before 30 Sept. Up. Still far far away from its fair value, counting it using pre-covid revenue growth and profit margin. Actually I am still keeping both TG and Supermax shares, as my paper loss is at 2k+ (with Maybank included), and with 1.2k+ profit as backup. Even bought Supermax this morning. I will look at how the markets react till Sept 17, when TG announce its profits. My suspicion is that gloves will pick up in price soon....... that being said, 9 out of 10 biggest losers today is Supermax warrants......... hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm This post has been edited by ZeroSOFInfinity: Sep 7 2020, 05:20 PM

KUALA LUMPUR (Sept 7): Top Glove Corp Bhd has adjusted the exchange price for its US$200 million guaranteed exchangeable bonds (due 2024) to RM2.03 from RM6.10 per share.
This follows the listing today of the group’s two-for-one bonus issue of 5.42 billion new shares, raising the number of issued shares to 8.13 billion from 2.71 billion.
In February 2019, Top Glove’s unit Top Glove Labuan Ltd issued the US$200 million bonds to refinance existing debt. Top Glove was the guarantor of the bonds.
The bonds, which mature on March 1, 2024, are exchangeable into ordinary shares of Top Glove.
Top Glove’s share price settled 10 sen or 1.19% lower at RM8.28 today, giving a market capitalisation of RM22.43 billion. Some 29.27 million shares were traded. Is that good or what....? Looks like this was the cause of the shares being monotonous for last few days....?

From Rakuten...... QUOTE Recommend BUY on D’nonce Technology Bhd with TP of RM0.88 - business riding on the booming glove sector and electrical & electronics sector. We expect to see DTB achieve record earnings in FY21 as their packaging boxes are used by major glove manufacturers. "Booming glove sector & electrics"
