QUOTE(Boon3 @ Nov 18 2020, 02:49 PM) Repost my notes on AT .... jesus. when you put it side by side with pearl gloves, this is insaneOne of the more obscene ridiculous shenanigans is of course AT. I made some small notes on it before .... Post #2452 Points to note.... 1. The Warrant had ALWAYS been in the money EXCEPT for lately. conversion is 1:1 priced at 0.035 each..... 2. Conversion of warrants to ordinary shares is an ON going thing..... so today's number of AT shares will be different than last weeks. AT as at today has 3.274 billion shares outstanding.... AT-W as at today has some 439 million shares ..... Based on its opening price ... AT and its warrant has a market cap of 863 million. Which is really absurd... yeah... around 30 sen.... you are talking about the fact that AT is worth ONE BEEEEELLion ringgit. 3. Pearl Gloves purchase price was what? 22 million? LOL! Think about it............... lol 4. Point 1 & 2 .... the structure of the shares is so important, no matter if you are a trader or investor. The conversion of the warrants, dilutes the earnings for the investor. The CONSTANT increase of number of shares will cause a share overhang for the trader ............... remember this point. 5. The constant increment in new shares was also seen in ARBB. 6. And yeah so much utter crap going on in an effort to blatantly push up the shares... ***** AT now is at 20 sen... AT and its warrants at current prices is worth some cool 700 million. The Peral Glove purchase was how much again? 22 million nia... Do you think AT should be worth 1 Beeeeeeellion? |

QUOTE(Vanguard 2015 @ Nov 24 2020, 11:14 AM) Good morning folks. bro carlsberg u planning to hold for long term?Tread with caution. Covid-19 cases are spiking. It is likely that the CMCO will be extended until the end of December 2020. I foresee it will be extended until CNY next year to prevent the crowd from balik kampong. Everyone is watching the Budget 2021 and the voting tomorrow. If the Budget is not passed, then by convention, the Government should resign. A snap GE should be called. It could be as early as January or February next year. Right smack during the highest spike for the Covid-19 cases. Hence the current state of the stock market. A holistic approach is required. Bursa sentiment also depends on the political situation of the country. The analyst who said that a GE now is good for Bursa should be shot dead. Maybe after the GE election results is known, it is good for Bursa. But the few months leading to the election will be bad. For the sake of the country, I hope there is no snap GE. It is suicide. No point making money in the stock market if we are all dead. P/S: On my part, I topped up Top Glove and re-entered Carlsberg today. |

QUOTE(skty @ Nov 26 2020, 01:12 PM) no offense to you. This message is my 2 cents to all here who very worry about TG's SBB. maybank won't drop to rm2 la. tht's like world upside down if that happens. klse would be at 400-500 points (guess)sorry to say I am not interested with that question and the answer to it at all. I just don't have the energy to think of something not important and so negligible in my investing decision. continue to think about this "what would have happened to stock price if they did not do all that SBB" is like we think we are god and we can predict the price will go down if no SBB, or the price will go up if continue to SBB. What is all this heck? even government also cannot fight the free market. Don't need to complicate things to think this think that. KISS. TG is using their cash to invest in a company that they think currently is performing best and undervalue. Insider know better than outsider. If TG buy MPI shares as investment, will the average investor keep putting attention to it? Saying MPI shares will drop price if TG never buy? What is all this heck? For me, I already have a list of what the worst and best thing can happen to TG in business point of view before I put my investment into TG. I can say now almost all worst things have happened, except factory burned down, huge management reshuffle, major tax imposed, etc. What's the other worst things can bring more downside to TG? I don't give a damn to market sentiment because market consist majority of average investors who easily get affected by news and emotions. Take advantage on market sentiment rather than let it take advantage of ourselves. No need to keep guessing and worry about things that we can't control. cheers! I welcome RM11 and heck I don't mind more. I am trying to squeeze as much profit out before the worst period of time coming in 2021, if not latest by 2022. I don't like shorting the market but it's stupid not to short in that period. After that, the more cash we have, the more wealth we can create. Buy blue chips stock at super bargain. Have anyone ever think of Maybank can drop to RM2? Yeah. I am talking about that level of seriousness of crash. March 2020 crash is just tip of the iceberg. my 2 cents as usual. cheers! yes but it is not applicable to ALL situations. This post has been edited by staticxtreme: Nov 26 2020, 01:20 PM |

QUOTE(Boon3 @ Nov 27 2020, 12:29 PM) ARBB composes of ARBB and ARBB-PA (or Preference shares) hmm i think both has been taken into account their PE and also their share dilution, hence the current price? But even if they dilute further and PE increase to let's say 8-9 it still looks undervalued? their QoQ and YoY looks stablewhere preference shares are converted into ARBB shares, hence ARBB number of shares increase. to calculate the dilution impact of the conversion, look at how many PA shares there exist. What does your share platform show? IIRC the number of PA shares is more than ARBB shares itself. Conversion price is 20 sen. So assuming FULL dilution, just add the total of ARBB-PA shares with the current ARBB shares. IRRC that should be about 1 billion shares. Conversely, you can search Bursa website, look for the old announcement from ARBB which lists the full detail of its PA shares. In it there should a word file or pdf file. In it, the fully diluted num of shares is shown. **** The conversion of shares to mother shares is an issue itself. (it is more important than the PE of the stock) It creates an overhang. Because there exist ppl who just buys the pa (or even warrant shares - best example AT WA shares which was in the money) and converts... Once it is granted listing... they just sell and profit the arbitrage. They don't care about the stock potential or what not. Buy, convert and sell. If this happens regularly, and say you are in ARBB, you will be left wondering... why the stock potential so good but everyday got sellers lining to sell.... anyway... iirc ... this stock ARRB and its PA stock was talked in early May. Compare the prices then and now....... |

QUOTE(Boon3 @ Nov 27 2020, 01:08 PM) https://www.bursamalaysia.com/market_inform...?ann_id=2904146 currnetly the NOSH is around 443mil, if go up to 1bil meaning another 60% +- (caveman maths)![]() Assuming full conversion, ARBB should be a stock with 1.075 billion shares. so p/e should be around 5 if fully converted? |
