8. MuiP .... only held 40% of nex metal mining. Nex Metal as it is, is still losing money. Look at the chart of nex metal and ask yourself, why should MuiP so bullish? Our stock goreng masters so much better than the Aussies?

9. Jewelry does benefit from higher gold prices but the benefits does not warrant the crazy goreng limit prices.

10. Niche Capital is really a lousy company. Go check 10 year history.....
