SCIB can be avoided too if u avoid poor/negative cashflow company.

KPOWER is simply too pricey when compared to it's book value.

SERBADK is avoided (explained earlier) simple due to it's high debt.

just shift your portfolio towards fundamental and be patient enough to wait for the price to come within your risk tolerance.

Did any of you guys clear off your portfolio/holdings in bursa today?

I'm absolutely shit at timing the market, so I took no action. Sked if I pandai pandai sell today, I won't be able to time it nicely to buy the dip before it spikes again, or my limit buy price will never be matched and the share price already spiked the next time I check.

Ah garbage stock. Well my tolerance lower, as long as can earn money im in.

But i try not to promote garbage stock, or if i promote i do put disclaimer that its pure speculation

As for bragging yes that is true. I think once we all start going down this bragging style it will turn into i3 real quick. Having said that i also have the itch to brag occasionally. Especially on a super hot year like last year  whistling.gif

Is FPI garbage stock too? It went up like 50% over the last few weeks.

first, i am not anti vaxx. i do support covid vaccine if it proves to save life (and it does, statistically so far till current date) but the issue with if booster shot required so often, i would start to suspect something is not right outside

second, i do hold gloves stock, but i am neutral against it. my gloves stock in my portfolio investment is 50% from what i invested way before 2020. and yes, i manage to sold it with a fat profit thanks to some advice given by boon, andre, you and so other more sincere members.

i do believe in some solid counters like H and K which able to bring profit and dividend during these tough times

third, there is no certainty that, Covid will be completely eliminated due to many factors.. anti vaxx, mutation, new varient, or even new type of virus stronger than Covid

I'm no antivax either, but I can't help but feel like something isn't right.

These days whenever I see recent videos of US or UK, it's like nobody wears a mask anymore. I've seen recent clips of people in UK attending a football match, the whole stadium was crowded and almost nobody wore a mask. I have a friend who's in the UK now too, who mentioned you'll be given weird stares if you wear a mask. Almost none of the locals wear it.

Also the recent MET gala event where none of the rich elites wore a mask but all the reporters and waiters/service people in the event had to wear a mask, and the Oscars where none of the superstars wore a mask during the indoor event. Don't give me the bullshit that these rich elites don't have to wear a mask because they all took 2 shots of vaccines, then why the non rich elites in the event can't do the same? It's clearly a rich elite vs working class thing. The hypocrisy is unreal.

I don't even know who or what to believe anymore. WHO isn't 100% trustworthy since they're in bed with China (yes WHO, we 100% believe you that China is completely innocent, and the cobis virus totally originated from America)

What are the "H and K" counters you mentioned anyway?

He has a huge ego and almost no self awareness.

Have you seen the video of him talking with Elon in some conference years back? How embarrassing, and he looked so proud talking nonsense on stage.

Is it ever worth it to buy bursa shares at say, RM1,000 each transaction?

Saw someone asking on facebook what he should buy with RM1k a month, that's the only money he could spare for investments. Is it worth it...? I've always had the impression that fees alone would make it not worth the trouble, but not sure if I'm wrong.

Rm1k would mean RM11+ in fees, so buy 1 time, 1% charged, later when sell, another 1% charged, so lose 2.xx% already in fees.
