I have stupid question.....

I queue and got TG today.
but dividend ex date is yesterday, entitlement date is today.

Does that mean not only I am not getting the dividend, but also gonna lose out when dividend paid?

ie. when dividend annouced for 10 cents, price will reflect 10 cent increase, when paid, will reflect 10 cents deduction.

entitlement date is date price will increase per dividend payout amount? or im wrong again?

then how again? I forget

What I know is if I own 10 share of MBB on Date A, dividend announcement on Date B, payout on Date C things will be reflected as below:
Date A: 10 share at Price X
Date B: 10 share at Price X + dividend amount
Date C: 10 share at Price X again, but I get dividend in cash.
Assuming Price X is constant all the way.

Date A,B,C itu apa lagi? Need to clear up my understanding a bit.
