question on my mind is, will there be enough time for Gloves to go up between now and 3 November (US election) and then 6 November (M'sian Budget 2021 tabling)?

I feel like want to go in as I planned but had thought that Gloves would be lower than the current price

Please don't complain later on if it is not exactly what I anticipated... This is just my view

QUOTE(AVFAN @ Oct 30 2020, 06:55 PM)
here:

Supermax virtual EGM on dec 2, they seek approval to buy back up to 10% of shares.

10% = 272 million shares is a lot, unlikely to happen; cash at hand is rm2.3 bil.

i suppose they want to buy back from open market and/or substantial shareholder(s) to be enough for planned listing on SGX.

and for future share dividend, i suppose.

last SBB price range: 8.59-8.75.

so... this means they intend to buy back 10% of their shares from 3 Dec to 7 Dec, cos their ex-date is 7 Dec.
