Learn the lession of MTouche (0092), when today the EGM for Share Consolidation, only
Out of 1.323 billion shares , ONLY 160,954,325 (12.17%) turn up to vote.

Naturally the Syndicate has only 12.12% out of the total, hence has win hands down against those oppose (593,225) voted against

In short, 12.12% of MTOUCHE shareholding determine to go for Consolidation and only 0.05%
stand out to oppose, while 87.83% remain "Silent"

That mean the "syndicate" only has 12.12% in total.

Now lesson learned here ? If you have AT (0072) shares, then make THE VOTE counts
Else AT will end up MTOUCHE shareholders.

So, if you dont agree with current AT (0072) proposal in the coming EGM, and you want to let your voice be heard

USE the Remote (RPV) Facilities to VOTE.
