Because he already owned a significant position, so should make back the money while buying because it is low.

Tried to explain but wouldn't listen, said that I don't see opportunity when it comes. And this person came knocking on my door for investment advice a month ago after losing a huge sum in Bursa. 

Damn ..... I got no refund to ask,
