As far as SD is concerned, KPMG is clean. They have done their duty and complied to laws and regulations.
average boomer who thinks the big 4 accounting firms are saint. Clearly this guy has never worked in any of this sweatshop firms. They have no ethics and even though they appear professional, nah they are just blood suckers. Just.a bit less unethical than investment banking or corporate law firms. Conflict of interest happens everywhere in the business world. How sheltered are you?
Just realise the fact that KPMG is not as "clean" as you might think. Oh, maybe the people who work there wear suits and look professional. In truth, most people leave after 1-2 years. No one gives a crap about auditing apart from the money. Admin, just ban this dude already. Talks crap about everything. Doom and gloom. Rich dude who has professional fund manager who manages his money. Dissuade people from investing in the market. Every. Single. Day.
This ahole just don't want people to make money in the market. No one cares about your opinion.
"They have done their duty and complied to laws and regulations."
Bruh, like they are paid handsomely for their simple duties. Should've informed the shareholders first instead of appearing as whistleblowers. Just trying to get free publicity for their firm. Make an example of a Malaysian company after our government literally fined them for IMDB. Political coincidence? Yep. Creative accounting exists everywhere, from SMEs to listed companies. These auditing firms are leeches.
Your praises for these sleazy auditing firm disgusts me. I am glad I left auditing. Find me someone who likes auditing apart from doing it for the money.
