Many years ago, i have this Windows phone 7 called HTC mozart. Can't even bluetooth file & do some basic file transfer to PC. I don't demand much, as long as WM10 can have the function of a good ol symbian, i will give it a try.

Symbian is dead and for good reason. Honestly unless you have reason to stick with WP, its better to switch to Android. Did you buy it for the camera? If you want some flexibility in file transfer, then you should get Android. You can even connect to your pc shared folders once connected to wifi with the use of appropriate file manager.

TBH, the only reason in like WP is it smoothness and simplicity, android is still a bit too complicated for me. Ya, 808 for the awesome camera. May i know what's the disadvantage of WP in daily usage for average user like me?
