I have this problem as well... First few times I restart the laptop and keep pressing the eject button when startup.

After checking and research, I will go and clean all my CD/DVD with toothpaste before inserting to the rom... Even if the CD/DVD doesn't run smooth, after the cleaning, it run soooo smooth.

But all and all, the drive is really sensitive... :S
