Just wounder why Maxis sent a Tax Invoice after terminated Maxis account couple months ago?

The Tax Invoice ONLY with 1 page showing Total Amount Due without any more details.

Really appreciate you can help me on this account before wasting time, fuel, parking to Service Center.
