Erm.. I believe the issue you mentioned here is not related to the software limitation or brand.i found that some of those software only able to recover few mb file only...
You might understand the theory behind how all these deleted files can be restored. In a simple explanation, of course you can restore 1-2GB deleted file if you do have a huge hard disk capacity available from the same drive which your deleted file located previously + restore it as fast as possible after the file has been deleted.
I recovered a 1.3Gb files before by using a free "file restoration" software(A 600kB software can do this).
