Hello,

I recently have sign up for Driver Uber while I having Rider Uber account too

After that, only know that each email address and phone number per account regardless Rider or Driver

I have then emailed to CS seek for assistance since I totally unable to use my rider account.

The result of this case finally has been solved and my rider account is back to normal that can request for uber car

However, nocited that my account now is not available to add those promo code but my friends able to added.

Did anyone has encounter this before ??

CS has deleted duplication account for me already, therefore, I can sign in rider account and request for uber.

I have reached to CS again seek for assistance, below is the CS replied:

While we certainly appreciate you sharing your personal referral code with friends and family, after reviewing your account it appears the usage of your personal promo code violates Uber's Terms of Service.

Your ability to participate in our referral program has been disabled. No worries, you will still be able to use your Uber account as usual to request and pay for trips.


The above replied still unknown for me that what is the reason still
