I have encountered 2-3 passenger booked me for 2-3 times in a month. And I didn't realised their policy can't pick up same passenger. Went and check and Grab HQ. They say cannot pick up same customer twice, considered gaming

You go their HQ at least 50-60 people take number register. They won't think twice to ban you

Btw, I got email saying my Uber Driver acc is activated. Submitted all document and I can go online. Do I need to visit their office ?

By the way, I saw the latest contract of UberX stating service fee is 20%. I thought Uber takes 25% from Driver ?

I asked because there a trip which supposed to be 13-14 but ended up cash collected became 1.30MYR. Rider still pay me the fare shown on his phone.

I'd like to ask, if I set the destination feature. Will I still receive pings ?
