is the driver's rating important?
i mean if it fall below 4.6 then account will be deactivated? i read somewhere that now Uber dont do that anymore.
1st week i started i have been getting 5 star rating. then this week rating drop to around 4.78 bcos received a few 4 star rating.

yeah agreed, there were riders that were chatting with me (talk & laugh) but still give 4 star.

how do u guys contact Uber support? Are u allow to use the "live chat" only once a day? I normally can see the live chat here https://bonjour.uber.com But it will disappear after i contact CS.
