My passenger rating dropped from 4.91 to 4.83 today. This farking problematic driver

1. went to toilet for 5 minutes
2. went to petrol station
3. never communicate with passenger. i had to call him and he said toilet. want cancel but i scared got penalised
4. distance to pickup farking near
5. we chit chat like normal during the trip
6. navigation like shit went overshoot thrice

Am about to give him 5 stars because pity him la.. viva driver. ask him why never driven Grab he said don't wanna try (probably due to the car restriction la)

After got down few minutes realised rating drop. Farking psychopath driver.

Instant 1 star.
