uber charge me RM4 on my credit card when i register my credit card
is it normal?
what is that RM4 for? and Uber will refund me?

i just checked my bank account transaction history, the RM4 wasn't deduct from my account
i googled and found out Uber charges USD 1 to verify rider's credit card valid or not
