I felt underpaid with grab , and uber zzzz

I found your statement contracting itself....whether driver been treated as assets or not, I leave it to past, current and future drivers to decide. Just like heard countless of times employee are assets to organisation. How true, will let the employee decide. The differences is that, if employee unhappy, they can just jump ship, resign and find company that they think value them more.

Don't talk until as if Uber/ Grab is doing a charity, God sent angel, no dispute, Uber/ Grab had bring a fresh air to current stink, root to core, world famous, worst Malaysia taxi service (majority of it, finding a good one is almost none existence), but, then, they did earn from it too, by taking 20% or 25% of the fare paid by riders.

What I trying to stress here, this is pure business, both Grab/ Uber is here for profit, same goes to the drivers, they drive because they want to earn some extra income (for part timers) or earn a living to sustain themselves. It is purely business, with profit in mind. So, do not need to glorify one party over another party, ultimately, this is pure business transaction.

Never mentioned who pay for car maintenance....for RM45 to 55 rental per day, per month about RM1300-RM1,600, almost equivalent of installment of City/ Vios level car jor But, if cover maintenance, then, maybe can consider.

Riders ain't stupid either, many will open 2 apps, see which one cheaper, choose the one

Then, the pricing differences will slowly back to equilibrium as more demand for Uber, less for Grab

Ya, can't believe it myself... There are few hours 4 trips in an hours, 31/8, average 3.8 trips per hour......

Did it for achieving quest.... Once achieved go back enjoy life...

Guess this only possible in area sunway to subang, setapak etc..

You can slowly wait and see if anyone will take a RM63 from Bukit Ceylon to Puchong.

New driver tend to make minor mistake here and there...
So it is good to have more user friendly app when going thru the learning curve.
It is like giving a less challenging tasks to the new employee while they are learning + adapting to the new environment and job.

But up to individual driver lah.

UberFlash and UberTaxi launch in Malaysia

No wonder I saw "uberFLASH" from a ping received this evening.

I completed 23 trips so far this week but the weekday quest shows only 18 / 54 (less 5 trips). Then I see I have received 5 UberFlash trips yesterday and today. Is it UberFlash do not count for quest????

Try crapcar also....they have something similar like quest for flexi driver over the weekend. Last week crapcar offer from last Tue to this Mon morning : 10%-30% cash back based no of trip that we completed.

Also u seems so unhappy with uber low fare.

Trust me only a small percentage of passenger will order at that time lah, normally weekday u will get this kind of price mainly due to work and some able to claim back and they able to earn reward points. Other than that coming from own pocket sure order Uber one.

Plus there is many flexi driver fighting for this kind of deal, the chances u meet is minimal too.

is UberFlash count towards weekly quest? I still see I am missing 5 trips count. Anybody else got this problem?

It's counted. Give it a while to update. The counter sometime lags.

try to write in to uber support to clarify for this, if uberFLASH not counted then is unfair for driver already.

got uber reply already :

guys i cannot receive any request. end up i shouted to everybody who need uber.. they also said that no driver in apps. cannot see any. Why? from noon till now. am i being filtered .

So far okay from my side, been driving since noon.

Weird thing I experienced since yesterday was "set destination", I couldn't get even one hit from Rawang to Puchong (around 10pm). Usually can score 2 or 3 tips on the way to destination. Same unlucky today, from Batu Caves to Puchong (around 9pm), kosong! one hit pun tarak! Could be Chinese's July? tarak orang mau keluar malam?

Haven't tried. I'm guessing is to end the ping request faster instead of waiting itself elapsed. I find it annoying to wait it finish.

My passenger rating dropped from 4.91 to 4.83 today. This farking problematic driver

1. went to toilet for 5 minutes
2. went to petrol station
3. never communicate with passenger. i had to call him and he said toilet. want cancel but i scared got penalised
4. distance to pickup farking near
5. we chit chat like normal during the trip
6. navigation like shit went overshoot thrice

Am about to give him 5 stars because pity him la.. viva driver. ask him why never driven Grab he said don't wanna try (probably due to the car restriction la)

After got down few minutes realised rating drop. Farking psychopath driver.

Instant 1 star.

Ublur so few driver around?
Or they think there is nothing wrong to ask driver so far to pick up? And They think their riders are very happy to wait that long?
