I received a msg said Drive 18 trips, make RM105 extra...thats include only pick up for KL City Zone? Or...Publika or Mont Kiara is considered...sounds okay for the extra pay

My app shows that high boost rate in pj tomorrow at 9 - 10 am

keep me wondering how they determined their boost rate offer to us?

My car xperiences is that bookings is more in the earlier morning btw 6.30 am - 9 am since riders need To go to works but not after 9 am.

I don't think their boost rate is based on the demands and supply.

1) driver not supposed to cancel any trip. 0% CR tolerance rate.

2) acceptance rate - must accept all jobs. 100%

Short distance trip means you can complete your quest faster.
I don't understand why I keep getting middle to long distance trips nowadays.
Even at short-trip ports also I get sent away.

I find it hard to complete 24 trips in 3 days 

I found out that senior drivers are not placing much emphasis on the rider ratings...it is quite subjective and out of our control sometimes.

Does it really matter at all as long as the rating don't go too low such as 4.1 etc that may trigger deactivating. I just came back from mid valley yesterday in uber car driver with rating 4.2x.

Why Viva cannot? It's still a vehicle with 4 tyres that can get a family from one spot to another spot.

i always suspect why my rating so low in Grab....damm, coz i always drive short pants and slippers when driving the i did manage to maintain above 4.7 for quite some time

What you highlighted is the change they going to implement or you want to suggest to Uber? 

Don't forget ask them to remove the fixed fare pricing, or at least match with Grab, where driver can see destination before accepting ride....no point driving far for short distance ride (unless driver willingly accept to chase for incentives)

And, remove the stupid dynamic matching, where they keep changing the riders-drivers matching so called better, closer rider location. Personally, not experienced this, coz already stop driving before they implement this stupid policy, but, I experienced rider request from Imbi Plaza, and I am at Berjaya Times Square, apps show I arrived, and I need to make a big detour at Jalan Maharajalela to u-turn back which took 20 minutes to pick them up. Another case, another request say 1 min away, where I am on above flyover, while the rider is at shoplot under it, need to make 8km, 15 min detour. End up, I just cancelled it 

Ask those fella sit in Uber office, experience drive Uber for 2 months lah to understand driver prediment, don't just sit on office, playing with apps and just get riders view.

Im new to uber, so if you completed 21 trips, you get rm75 ?  or you need to do full 54 trips to get both reward ?

I tried booked a ride for tmr morning and under my upcoming trips not showing driver assigned? Anyone can tell how this works?
