GC opens to anyone as its cash basis.
so anyone can request, but bare in mind.
nowdays taxi driver is doing alot of fake request and they will SS your details and spam into their groups.
u will tend to have some asswipes during GC session (dirty idiots and sometimes just chuck rubbish in the car)
the goodthing bout GC is, you know where you going and how much you getting.
downside is.. there's too many drivers already!

Uber have quality riders, but the downside is.
you dont know where ure going.
but the goodside is, theres surge.. and civilised riders.
mostly mid to higher income level and angmohs.

this issue mostly happens in Uber.
as thre's only 1 number allowed to register.
for uber riders, 90% is genuine. just give them some time - 5-10mins waiting, else just cancel with no show.
(typically, uber riders is at the location/guardhouse or lobby when they request. so no issue.
unlike GC riders (africans mostly), they will take 20-30mins to come down and you need to call them and treat them like a king.
whenever i get an african riders, ill just cancel. enough is enough. 95% is asswipe, while only 5% is good ones)

uber driver is all decent ones. never encounter any rude partner.
but rude rider i have. hahaha

as for grabcar, its different. if ure unlucky, ull get a rude driver with bad smelly car too

1 thing id share is.
if you got a trip to KLIA.
after drop off.
just chill there, switch on both GC and UB apps.
if after an hour no ping. then move on. hehe
typically ill get a ping after chilling 20-30mins there.

positioning at klia is crucial.
hehe i always park at the same spot. hehe

not so much.
for me i gamble ony.
but was lucky i guess, everytime i was there always got a trip back.
summore i was there at random hours oh.

not accepting any job will effect your acceptance rate.
like your situation, just accept the trip on trip request.
the other rider is automaticly notified that youre on a trip.. unless your current rider has another drop off point, then dont accept the on-trip request.
once you drop ur current rider, immediately check the location and waze. call them if needed
i typically dont call them if i have trip-on-trip request. coz it'll be around 500-1000meter wherever you drop ur current rider. so its nearby.
just say sorry for the delay as youre on the job. thats bout it.
