This morning I did 5 trips between 6am - 9am to get the RM 30 promotion.

But Uber show I completed 4 trips only, so not qualify for promotion.

The Uber app showed my first trip completed before 6am, so it was not counted.

But I checked my phone call log. I called the rider to confirm my arrival at 6:04am.

Then how can I completed the first trip before 6am? I think the Uber time is not in sync with Malaysia time. Hope they can check and pay me my promotion.

All the quest is calculated according to the time the Ping comes into your phone.

RM 37 :

From USJ1 to Sepang
Distance : 44 km
Duration : 42 min
Toll : RM 7.40

RM 45 :

From Kota Warisan to Shah Alam Sek 23
Distance : 48 km
Duration : 51 min
Toll : RM 12.40

Haha. Yes. The route exactly to KLIA, except after pay KLIA toll, turn to Bulatan Masjid and go into the kampung there  .

Naturally If you want to aim for the quest you should only online within the time period. Same goes for boost. Logic no?

Rider app booking and ping received is almost the same time la no? And I can tell you for a fact, it's based on the time when the ping comes in and you accept.

What I am trying to say is, it's not based on your pick up time, or your drop off time.

During quest, the fourth ping is long distance (eg KLIA), making impossible to get 5th ping to complete quest.

Happened to me twice already. Coincidence or Uber system trying to save $$$? 

No. I never get jobs back to KV. Always show KLIA queue full, better go putrajaya / cyberjaya. But usually not enough time to reach there before 9am.

That's why complete 4 trips only from 6am - 9am and cannot get the incentive.

I thought Uber has no more incentive but just surge??

How uber incentive were calculated?

Can i know where to get info about quest? Since grab were using guaranteed fare ( old uber system ) and get know at a blog that update every week.

How about uber , so that i can compare the payout of incentive

you should have screenshot the pic where u completed the 54 trips instead of showing what changes today to avoid arguements. also do more than 54 trips for safety.

anyone knows what is sunway promo? one poster said it's not counted in the quest trip... have to be careful as the promotion will only end on sept3.

When u are queuing minimum 6 hours at the airport, RM35 - 25% commision = RM26.25 trips to Nilai is simply not worth it

There is a trick I think most people working in KLIA start using it now if they going around short distance from the airport. Or they home just nearby.
They will ping driver outside the queue zone. Example Mitsui. Then let the driver know their actual location and destination. Most drivers will accept because they are not even waiting yet.
