sure i can share, but no in specific..
in uber, you trade your time (which is limited and the more u spend, the less healthy you get, which in the end you pay all the money you earn back to get your health fixed) for money, essentially you are a worker (not employee), an uber slave imho cause ordinary workers gets fringe benefits given my full understanding of it's system.
most people do no know what to do with their life because in the early days they didn't acquire any skills that is marketable, or they have it but not well polished, or just simply don't know how to market it.
I am pretty sure everyone is talented in some way, but driving (is a skill) is not a talent if u ask me, so ask yourself if u need my help, what is your talent that you are able to use to help other people solve their problems, this is the first step.
how can you turn a skill to a talent? for example, if you driving is your skill and passion, you can use it more specifically if you polish it into a talent, for example a race car driver, but i am not implying that it's suitable in malaysia.
Or.. if you know how to market your skills, try look into a niche that needs your specific skills (if it's not a talant yet), for example, people who need special need in transportation, are you able to market yourself into these niche markets? marketing is another skills you need to acquire if you choose to go into marketing yourself.
i can go on, but u need to share what you want in details and what u can do.
Well, appreciate that. I can't refute what you say. But then, again, I can also give you many more reasons why driving Uber is not a bad idea. in uber, you trade your time (which is limited and the more u spend, the less healthy you get, which in the end you pay all the money you earn back to get your health fixed) for money, essentially you are a worker (not employee), an uber slave imho cause ordinary workers gets fringe benefits given my full understanding of it's system.

These people (I am generalizing here, as I do not know all the drivers) might just
-want to meet new people, to network, thus, driving part-time, regardless of money. It just rather than idle stay home, doing none productive, they can meet new people
-in between job, or recently get retrenched. Hey, stomach still need to be filled, family still need to be feed, loan still need to be paid
-flexibility and low pressure. They might be single parents, who someone who can't hold regular working hour. Driving uber/ grab suit them well as they can tailored it to their schedule. Or for someone who is too feedup with office politics, drama, it ain't worth it anymore even with higher pay, but in return for pressure.
Talent? Seriously, how many of us really know what is our talent? I am sure everyone of us, in our kids days, dream either be great sportsmen/ sportswomen, superstar, etc, but how many of us are really is now?
That's why we choose to have safer route, study hard, or work hard, enter into corporate workforce. But, how many of us can be CEO? And, don't even get me started on office politics.
End of day, no one want suffering, no one want hardship, but, everyone want big fat balance in bank. But, how many of us can really achieve that? That's why it is a trade off fair. Life isn't fair anyway, but, a little bit of understanding will goes long way, instead of condemning without any concrete solution
