Coins no need, as if rider no coins, you are allowed to round up. RM50 and RM100 also no need, why u need such big denomination for? Mainly RM1 and RM5 will be sufficient. RM10, few piece enough, don't forget, you will received some small note also.

whenever i at segi college kota damansara, i always get ping from desa park city. i would just ignore the ping. Twice already. very annoying that need to pay to toll to reach them.

Yup, as a rider I'm always got driver from Kota damansara especially at 7.30am-11am .. normally I will call the driver and cancel the trip but quite often I got the same driver again, it's kinda annoying .. just feel bad because I only travel short distance but driver from Kota damansara all the way to desa park city normally need 20mins ..

Uber driver assignment is really bad! They should review it. Better still, let the drivers choose whether they want to take the rider or not.

Not my fault what......not enough driver at that area at that time, thus, keep assigning to me (or system bug)....plus the fella in hurry....what can I do? I always tell rider, please do not expect like taxi, we are not taxi, we won't be available at your door step immediately, we, the driver will take some time to come pick you up....when you request, already give estimated waiting time, if cannot wait, don't request lor.....but, still got some dumb fella....

if they reimburse the toll while on the way to pick customer enough de.

Hey guys, i got a question. I just registered to be a partner last monday
I haven't started driving yet. I just got a question regarding a call i received. The number is 012 303 XXXX
He asked me if Ive started driving yet for uber. I said no, and he said alright.
I asked him is there anything of help, and he said no worries, and hung up.
So is this call a routine procedure for uber to check on newly registered drivers? Because i didn't get any explanation from that call. He was just asking me if Ive started driving.

the only way to overcome this is to keep driving until u pick up a passenger back to your base destination or nearest to it.

to use your example, you pick up first customer go to kl sentral, then someone else there in kl sentral goes to putrajaya, then from putrajaya someone else ask to go sepang. It is hard to get a rider from sepang you can go to Cyberjaya and camp at Lim Kok Wing / MMU area. You may get a rider that decides to go to KL city. From KL city, it'll be nearer for you to go back to your base destination.

how long is the suspension?

My uber rider account got suspended yesterday. I wanted to go to KLIA2 at 5:40am. the car that uber matched is 15 minutes away. I was in a rush and i cancelled the trip. from the screen i saw a car nearby but it just wouldn't reach that driver. the ping kept going back to the same driver. after 5 cancellations, my account for suspended.

I than changed to grab and i got 1 nearby and able to pick me up within 5 minutes.

yes, rider will get suspended. i complained to the customer center and they asked to request early next time.

unfortunately, uber cannot do advance booking which sucks.... only can request on demand.

i dunnolol .....you can write in to tell them the issue, there is car nearby (maybe the driver forget to offline, but, after dunno how many minutes, Uber apps will auto offline for driver, or if driver not accept, or another possibilities is the driver is still with rider) but, assigned to 15 min away car....

Anyway, consider lesson learned lor, next time give some leeway lor when request for uber, don't request last minutes. After all, possibilities of the demand (rider) is more than supply (driver), u request taxi also sometimes cannot get, ini lagi, cheaper than taxi punya fare got to give and take lor....

Conclusion, next time, read the term and condition of uber

this one undertable nie....pay direct to driver, so, driver give 10% discount, rider got 10% discount (assume uber commission still 20%). Both side win win
