Anyone can share the Uber hotline/emergency tel no here?

After you complete your trip, go to earnings, go to the trip detail of that trip your rider asked to wait, scroll down and press the help, select an issue, go to fare review, go to my flat rate trip included extra stops, then type on the extra stop locations and explain why you did not accept the screen pop out of 3 or 4 times. Then also type in your total waiting time on the rider, then submit. After, you will receive sums n email that they uber have received your submission.

I won't bother if I were you, seldom gets picked up.

What's the emergency?

I am only 70% sure but I remember asking Uber before, and they told me that jobs in queue that you don't accept won't affect your a acceptance rate.

Logically, it shouldn't. They shouldn't force a job to us if we wanted to offline after the current trip.

Best to check again with Uber.

I checked, it will.....again, their standard operating reply.... "the frequency will be negligable, won't affect much your rating, thus your incentive"

I have one trick for you to avoid it, just input the rider final destination, instead of the stop over destination. Then, the request only come in when you approaching final destination

Yup, entering final destination is the best solution.

I forgotten to capture the emergency tel no during the briefing session. If my car broke down half way to fetch rider to destination, of course need to call uber tel for report. If you have, please share. thanks.

you can cancel the trip and select the reason in the app itself

latest update on surge is simple.
its based on the area (small radius)
hence, its better for the driver as well.
unlike last time.
e.g: the whole area of Puchong is on surge. but then its actually in bandar puchong not sunway.
so yeah, now is better but yet, u hardly see any surge ;P

if ure on trip. and u didnt accept the "trip on trip" request
it wont affect your acceptance rate.

just an update.. whoever plans to lepak at klia for trip.
make sure you guys on ur GC as well.
i got 2 trips (from KLIA to KL) from GC easily yesterday.
uber is so selow all because GC's rm65 rate to klia. haha

No wonder now hardly see any surge, coz I usually based on non surge area even if sometimes that area show surge, but, request come, no surge. Wonder why....now I understand



Huh, this is not what the partner help email told me wor....say will affect acceptance rate, which then, I rage, then, their answer is "oh, it is negligable"...maybe they changed their system already...

Anyone notice that the partner apps nowadays dammed laggy......always dammed slow in update, or update wrongly one? Really cannot be rely on, need to log into always partner dashboard to confirm

That's what I understand, queued request if not accepted won't affect acceptance rate cause it's totally beyond our control.
