Fat dream  maybe just changing the quest to promote more driver on the road, as quest is dynamic, not fixed, change every week. More driver on the road, lower quest amount and harder to hit, less driver on the road, more quest and easy to hit.

But, quest, paid by Uber, which determine how much they want to earn, i.e. strategy, high volume lower profit, i.e. higher quest payout or lower volume, but, higher profit, i.e. less quest payout. Plus it all also depends what action Grab do....

End of day, it's competition between 2, Uber and Grab. And, riders nowadays smart, they will choose the lowest fare ride. So, increase fare definitely scared away riders  almost zero chance it increase....

Today earned rm185( after comission ) 12pm go PJ - 1pm started to 12.30am with 1hour rest i think

and my petrol used more than rm40 ( which i refuel )
Rm185 - 20%(expenses = rm37) = RM148

So i thought i earn RM148 with 20% of maintenance

but it was not

fuel already more than rm37 , not include maintenance yet

So i think 30% were more reasonable

which = grab 50% of total fare / uber 55% of total fare

and i earn RM185 - 30% = RM130

I drive from 1pm to 12.30pm - 1hour rest = 10hour and just get rm130 = rm13 per hour
( not included wrong maintenance calculation )
What i doing wrong there / or my calculation wrong??

I found that Uber were not worth to drive even with jam without surge , if jam super heavy then maybe worth , and for grabcar flexi , they got a min. rm5 trip . Uber if get short trip , rm2 - 5 .

And you cant plan your trip - grabcar if flexi can choose

What to do if on short trip area??? ( university area , drinking area , since at night everyone just go nearby drink and eat not going anywhere far )

Need to try one day wake up 5am go drive lols

My passenger rating dropped from 4.91 to 4.83 today. This farking problematic driver

1. went to toilet for 5 minutes
2. went to petrol station
3. never communicate with passenger. i had to call him and he said toilet. want cancel but i scared got penalised
4. distance to pickup farking near
5. we chit chat like normal during the trip
6. navigation like shit went overshoot thrice

Am about to give him 5 stars because pity him la.. viva driver. ask him why never driven Grab he said don't wanna try (probably due to the car restriction la)

After got down few minutes realised rating drop. Farking psychopath driver.

Instant 1 star.

I think the best win-win solution is to show destination during certain scenarios:-
1) the destination is outside KV or further than 40 km
2) the pick-up point is further than 5km and the destination is less than half of the pick-up distance
