Hi.

I'm curious whether it's possible for one to change from postpaid to prepaid? I'm currently using UMobile, and I'm finding it going over my budget every month. Hence I would prefer to be back on prepaid, and retain my number. May I know if it's possible?

Thanks biggrin.gif

IS your postpaid U28 plan?
RM28 for 3GB monthly, 50 mins free call to all network, free 300 sms <---- Value for money wor?

Changing to prepaid mean you need to keep topup for validity aka minimum commitment RM30 for 30 days validity

((( Active period depends on the top up amount. Eg. RM1 = 1 day or RM30 = 30 days.))))

You should be able change to prepaid from whichever telco you wish provided that you do not have any contract with your current telco
