The main factors involved are, reading, critical thinking, participation, being vocal and organizing effective protests.. all of these does not seem to be on the top of most Malaysians' to do list.. which is mainly eat, work, sleep, read mind numbing propaganda, bet football... so no, bloggers will not democratize Msia in the same way as in other more active democracies.
