feeder club means if they get paid every seasons.
the parent club has first option on feeder club when they purchase or sell players.

for example, CR. Man utd got 1st option where they can get it without even fighting with other clubs to buy them.

and, if Sporting Lisbon wants to buy a player, Man utd got the privilage to get the player too..means like your parents and you are the child.

and, parent club can send players for loan to the feeder club anytime without signing any loan contract. =)
