yea so means even with a maxed out prime Orthos and Loki.. it means only the rifle, pistol, and companion will benefit from XP of those stealth kill.
unless if a friend is helping u kill them as maxed out stealth Loki.. and you're equipping a melee or frame that you'd need to level up. but problem is who will be that friend? haha

hmm maybe try doing low level runs (level 1-10) where even a low level melee weapon (with high reach) gets to kill them in 1-2 hits. wonder if this will count as lots of XP too as for that stealth experience run, it's totally legit. But know that you must have SUPER MAXED gear to do this
