For added security, remove your card after transactions. This is the best method to prevent fraud, ID being hacked.

Thanks for the advise, gonna remove it asap after I confirmed no more payment needed via PayPal. Will link it again at next time when I need to do so, it's hassle but safest method.

Even if you are regular online buyer, remove the card every now and then will be good.
And if case of sudden death purchase, you can link the card and call card center for the transaction code/pin. PBB's VS only takes 10 minutes to generate this code and no need to call them thumbup.gif
Like I said and provided a link, nothing is 100% safe.

Regarding this matter, they cheat the seller by providing false claim to PayPal.

Same goes to other payment methods like Credit Card.

People send goods, you file dispute claim this claim that. End up you get refunded and the seller is at a loss.

It happened before, it still happens. That's why some countries (like Malaysia) are often not on online shop's list of place they're willing to send products to.

i dont recommend to use paypal..

high fee.. and only scammer buyers like to use them as they can get "free" goods without paying any cents.

From my experience of using Paypal, safest way to use Paypal is to not keep any credit inside.
Don't link an actual debit/credit card to it.

Use prepaid credit card/debit card and link it to your Paypal to activate.
8 years back I used this

but nowadays you can use this prepaid credit card
Shell easiGO American Express card

Need some credit in it to activate your account if you haven't already. After you activate the card, use the balance and keep the card empty.

You can transfer funds from and to Paypal if you have a RHB savings account, so go and make one, it only takes a few minutes in the branch, register for RHBNow ebanking and you can topup your Paypal using your RHB account.
If you want to pay USD 200, then you topup USD 200 into your Paypal.

That way, even if your Paypal got hacked, nothing will be lost. icon_rolleyes.gif

Seems like a hassle but if you use Paypal frequently enough and want to do it without risk, then this is the best way that have worked for me so far for the past 8 years.

I was using PayPal for all my Ebay transactions back, buying & selling, in Uni days of 2005 and I have to say they're top notch. No other online transaction companies I trust better than PayPal.

If so, you have nothing to lose.
