Faction affects guild. So choose wisely. Cuz you have to pay to change later on.

It dont really affect much since the PVP only apply in certain area.

The most major pvp is the Hell Island Pvp which is guild based thats where you get the goodies such as legendary weapon/bopae?

There is also the higher rank uniform in the faction which require you to had like really good rep? faction quest kill xx player,dig xx artifact blah2 that kind of quest.

Yes and like drpsko say only same faction people can from guild so if you are crimson and you want to join cerulean guild you need to change to cerulean.

Other than that dont really matter.

Go look at those faction uniform see which one looks nicer in your opinion then pick that?

180~220ms here on NA. Using Battleping though the trial version will disconnect me every 20 minutes, but it's okay for now, definitely will subscribe if I continue to play.

I dont think hokkien would be great in this game as someone who is capable of speaking hokkien 

Anyway the audio dont match the subtitles in NA is because the translation for NA/EU is to cater to the western.

From what i know and collect there will be some sort of difference in story compare to CN/KR/JP/TW.

Regarding quest i am not sure maybe they patch it to make it simpler?

Like how they did to the weapon upgrades when i first play in CN the steps taken to get your weapon is tiring and hard

But now they make it simpler so new player can catch up which is why NA/EU feel game is too easy since they are using the latest patch.

They are only missing content which is locked by NC till further notice or their new seasons.

if u are talking about doing faction daily twice. yes. it can be done by switching faction everyday.

eg. done all your blue faction daily. switch to red, level up ur faction rank 1 level by doing the lvl 20+, 36+, 42+ faction daily. and you can do the lvl 45 misty wood faction daily.

can get min 34 soulstone easily but quite tiring

Poharan server player, try switch to blue if u are in red faction.
There is not much red doing faction dragon and ogres.
