But im one of the few who join Blue faction with a small group of people.
Reason: Blue faction more active in faction area for quest and dragon.

BM shud be able to execute a lot stuff with 200 ping.

Class that depend on ping from Least to Most:
Summoner > Warlock > Force Master> Destroyer > Blade Master > Assassin > Force Fighter >Kung Fu Fighter

If you set Blade Master minimum needed 200ping for ok play, the rest below is very less ping dependent.

Well, don worry too much, find a red faction guild, stick together for quest. Mostly there will be a few channel that red faction do quest with. And was protected by a few group.

That hardly possible, If your taiwan got 200ping, I don think u can get 200ping in NA without vpn.

Class that require ping from low to high:
Summoner > Warlock > Force Master> Destroyer> Blade Dancer > Assassin > Kung Fu Master

I see, if you use battleping to taiwan shud be able to get lower ping.

And yeah Warlock not yet, so you could try summoner, FM though no need high ping but u might feel a bit delay or spike when u cast skill, but for me its tolerable, dono about u though.

Because you are lv45, it is naturally weak at that level cos u lack skill point and some skill you had yet to unlock. They balance the BM to be good in lv50, but they din expect them to be so weak before lv45. If you are patience and willing to wait for lv50 patch, which will probably be in another few week after they announce coming soon today, you will be god, BM is considered the best and most wanted class in PuG for lv50 content.

Btw, you should try using vpn to play for BM, if you have a stable 200ping, it will be considered playable for dungeon or for mushin tower, you just might miss a few dps, but u can clear if the dps is not strict for the given time.

I main a FM, in mushin tower Junghado, took me a week to killed it, I cant execute the combo so perfectly like those player with 50ping, but I found my own alternative way to kill it even with 300ping, so you have to find yours, a lot ppl proven to killed it with 150ping to 250ping as a BM, heck even KFM can do it.

No matter ur internet speed, with vpn u shud reach around 200ping ,without mayb 250 or higher.

Quite similiar, but you are mostly focus on doing daily than grinding, so a bit progress base but still grindy. Still you can hasten ur progress by crazy grinding.
End game dungeon for now quite ok to do, not that hard compare to tera.

It is really depend on you, we have a lot people who playing with 200 ping ady, and its proven even a KFM (which require very good ping) can finish all PVE content without any problem.

Unless you wan to pvp, or if you are very very picky and feel very annoyed about that small 0.2 sec delay, then you better go taiwan server lol.

1. For lv 45-50 do story quest, but you will found yourself stuck at 49 50% exp, so just do daily, dungeon in silverfrost to gain exp, roughly 2 day daily to reach max.

2. If you buy premium for the exp boost its a bit not worth, but depend on u. People get premium mainly for the Wardrobe you can use, and 10% extra earning from quest. other than that it seem a bit underwhelm for premium.

yep, stick to main quest, and do the blue quest once while u at it, and some repeat quest once.

The weapon only way to get it is grind the dungeon, if it is Blue Weapon, always press F5 to check market to buy. If Purple Weapon we have no choice buy to grind and try your luck on box. Alt way is to buy Brilliant Key on Cash Shop, which u can straight get the weapon of ur class.

Im using Mudfish atm after my friend introduce me this, nvr went back to other vpn.

Mudfish work like a quota, u pay 5usd for around 20+ GB of quota, set up for ur game, it can take up to 2-3 month to finish all that just merely for one game only. If you interested can google up for it. So far Mudfish is the best vpn I have used, if the setting done right, its a lot smoother than other vpn.

Don't think it will go any lower than 200ms lol, its just logical, no matter how good ur line or how good the vpn, u can hardly get lower 200ms when connect Msia to US. Unless you own a private amazon server or something lol.

Btw, nope i don get lower than 200ms, but i get a stable speed, the last i use battle ping i got 230 to 240, and sometime not stable, delay here and there. If lucky when using Mudfish, I can get 210ms, and very stable, also Mudfish have a lot of Node to choose from, if one not good, choose another one.
