Faction affects guild. So choose wisely. Cuz you have to pay to change later on.

It dont really affect much since the PVP only apply in certain area.

The most major pvp is the Hell Island Pvp which is guild based thats where you get the goodies such as legendary weapon/bopae?

There is also the higher rank uniform in the faction which require you to had like really good rep? faction quest kill xx player,dig xx artifact blah2 that kind of quest.

Yes and like drpsko say only same faction people can from guild so if you are crimson and you want to join cerulean guild you need to change to cerulean.

Other than that dont really matter.

Go look at those faction uniform see which one looks nicer in your opinion then pick that?

fluctuate between 200 to 400ms...

180~220ms here on NA. Using Battleping though the trial version will disconnect me every 20 minutes, but it's okay for now, definitely will subscribe if I continue to play.

I am using battleping to play on NA too. Playable on blademaster, for now.

I just encountered mudfish vpn. Its price looks very tempting (very very cheap if you are casual player). I have not yet try it though.
