Queries [Help] Signature not showing up., I can see, but others can't

tl;dr : topic title.
Hi, I have a problem with my signature. I can see it but when I use my friends account or incognito in chrome, my signature won't show up. Any ideas. AFAIK, I am following the signature rules properly. Check the following picture
