Either way is cool with me, if the majority of the bulk wants to take cheaper option, no problem. If you are gonna do the partial refund, I will take 1 tube of Arctic Silver 5 3.5g at RM20, if thats cool with you. Also I was mildly laughing to myself, this CPU heatsink and fan is friggin huge, online pictures does not do this justice. |

So so cooling only?!!! what setup are you using you got install fan the right direction or not? My C2D E6700 one fan setup, the temperature only 32 idle and 42 load. |
