1) How will the NH-U12F install in this ASUS A8N-VM CSM MOBO??

Vertical or horizontal??? Will it block my RAM or Vga Slot??

2) Can I have 2 Noctua NF-S12-1200 & NC-U6 with this ASUS A8N-VM CSM MOBO??

U only have about 73% [ 59/81 ] of the fan actual performance.
