Just want to ask, how much bottleneck i received if Q9400 stock speed + R9 265 2GB ddr5?

you can use some utilities to monitor your cpu usage when you are gaming,previously i was using the same processor with 7970, running 1080p fallout 4 hardly can get 30fps. upgraded to 4th gen i5. things got a lot better
