- Exchange/refund period is 7 calendar days of receipt date.
- Products must return in undamaged condition including item boxes or packaging.

- Exchange/refund is only applicable for transaction within Malaysia.
- Once SWIT Sdn. Bhd. declares that returned product meets our refund policy, customer will receive their refunds amount within 5 working days.
- Exchange product must be in same value. Higher value will require top up by customer.
- Approved refund will be refunded to buyer bank account through direct bank transfer.
- SWIT Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to amend any of the policy without prior notice.

o Main Device – 12 months
o Accessory – 3 months
o Free Gift – 7 days
- Warranty starts from the date of receipt.
- Below scenarios do not cover by warranty :-
o External causes such as accident, abuse, misuse or theft.
o Cosmetic damages such as dent, scratch, crack and etc.
o Natural disaster such as earthquake, flood, fire and extreme thermal environmental conditions.
o Improper testing, operation, demonstration, maintenance, installation, adjustment or any alteration or modification of any kind.
o Damage due to improper packaging during shipment to SWIT Sdn. Bhd. for warranty.
o Problem cause by third party accessories or parts which are not sold by SWIT Sdn. Bhd.
o Product with missing visibility of serial numbers.
o Unable to provide proof of purchase during warranty claim.

Q: How long is the warranty?
A: 1 Year Warranty on Main Device, 3 Months on Accessories and 7 Days on Free Gift. First 3 month we provide 1:1 exchange on both main device and accessories.

Q: What is 7 Days Satisfaction Guarantees?
A: 7 Days satisfaction Guarantee is to provide customer maximum satisfaction on our products, if customer do not satisfy with the purchase, within 7 days they could either choose for a full refund
or exchange on different products with Term & Condition as stated below under section "'7 Days Satisfaction Guarantees".

Q: What Class microSD is recommeded to use with car DVR?
A: Class 10 MicroSD is recommeded.
