QUOTE(jkfoong @ May 31 2022, 09:56 AM) Yup previously saw it around 3800 if not mistaken on lazada but lazada doesn't have installment atm. Gonna wait for the price drop on Shopee then It used to be lower than 4k before but now the lowest I see is 4099. I’m afraid the price won’t get down any lower as most of the stores has run out of stock for the 48 model *sigh*

QUOTE(edmund_yung @ Jun 9 2022, 07:04 PM) I'm deciding between 55" LG C1 (RM6.5k) and Sony A80J (RM6.2k) for mostly watching movies and TV series. How's things like Judder, motion and stuff? I read here that the LG can go below RM6k, so I guess probably better get Sony right now? If I were you, I would easily pick A80J. I was surveying for tv last week at harvey norman and A80J really blew me away, while C1 just look like a normal tv to me. If you don’t do gaming like me, I believe that A80J is a better choice.

Anyone knows if I should go for LG A1 instead of C1? I am going to use the tv only for netflix and youtube, no game at all. But here is the catch : A1 is so much dimmer than C1 and that is the only thing holding me back from going for A1. However, I don’t want to spend extra money on specs that I won’t use and I am on a really tight budget that the RM1k difference would be quite a lot to me. So what do you guys think?

Anyone know if this store legit? I ask them why the price difference for the 2 exact same model. They said one is shipped from panasonic and the other is shipped by them themselves. Or should I get a C2 instead? I’m considering between the Panasonic LZ1000 and LG C1 right now but from my survey panasonic picture quality is superior. Any suggestion?

QUOTE(vin6 @ Apr 28 2023, 09:57 AM) i think the top 1 is 55 inches and BTM is 48 inches but damn reasonable price. Im using JZ1000 really superb tv, Panasonic OLED has the best color accuracy. The only problem is not many reviews on youtube due to not being old in the USA. For me, i would go for Panasonic if for movies and a little bit of gaming (the current lz1000 has a gaming bar in the software as well). LG OLED if your gaming a lot. Please don't get LG c1 old panel - this LZ1000 uses LG OLED EVO PANEL. If you don’t mind me asking, how much did you pay for your LZ1000? Panasonic OLED is so lack of reviews it’s so hard to know the market price for it. I’m hesitating to buy from the lazada store as it seems like the price is too good to be true.

QUOTE(kucuboy @ Jun 21 2023, 05:21 AM) I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw a Panasonic oled tv being sold new for under RM3K. Snagged the last one. I saw another seller selling same model for RM3200. Fingers crossed mine is not some display model or open box etc. Sorry to break it to you but it’s a display model. Was skeptical when I saw the price and right away asked them. I have been eyeing panasonic lz1000 for too long but still can’t pull the trigger because there is huge difference in price between stores. Some sell it under 3k, some under 4k and some under 5k, and it’s all for the same model and size. So I’m not sure which one is legit and “brand new”

QUOTE(kucuboy @ Jun 23 2023, 10:02 PM) Beware of purchasing TVs from Desa Home Theatre. I bought a brand new lg oled c2 48 from their outlet in Kepong but when self installing it at home, i noticed some scratches near the base screws. Upon turning on the TV and checking the screen on time, it shows 140 hours. They fucking sold me a display unit claiming it was brand new. Absolute shitheads. I lodged a complaint with Consumer Affairs Department today. Hey just wondering why didn’t you go with panasonic lz1000 from another store? I’m still on the fence between c2 and lz1000, and it’s hard to make comparison at the store when lz1000 is hardly at any store *sigh*
