True, the only thing i can say that it has some blue-ish tint (white screen) from certain angle

Example like Pink-ish tint middle of EVO panel

Need wait weekend only can do some deep adjustment and testing

Senheng SA says any issue just inform him, guess he really wanna get some commission (like replace the TV = sale)

Lol .. dunno will they do repair for old 48" next year or not

Gonna schedule a repair for my LG C1 48" cause dead pixel accumulation at top edge plus my extended warranty ended next year.
Hope can get replacement la, hahhaa

Switch off vs Stand by is different thing sweat.gif

Press the power button of the remote to turn off the display = let the TV goes into standby mode (Energy still running behind at low point)

Unplug the wall plug / switch off the wall plug = switch off the TV thumbsup.gif

Now with Senheng warranty (2 factory + 1 senheng) period and yea, there some more than 10 dead pixels at top edge there.

So thinking to apply the warranty and try luck whether can get a replacement or not
Else replace panel <--- i don't want this outcome tongue.gif

One thing i don't like C1 probably is the WebOS is not so responsive sometime, probably 2021 model is the one with the new interface after Blade type WebOS from previous gen.

Weekend went to Senheng and the CS says Senheng no longer provide +1 extra warranty for all TV sweat.gif

So basically factory warranty 2 years + self paid 2 years
No more 5 years max

Submitted warranty claim for senheng on my LG C1 48" due to many dead pixel.
Awaiting technician to come now...

Man, i'm now waiting for my "repair" result
If the insurance ok to replace TV then i will get this 55" C3 and claim this promo.

Technician only comes today so now i left 3 days before end of this promo on 11th August 2024. (Redemption last date is Sept 2024)

The seller say he can just backdate the invoice date for me but not sure can or not sweat.gif

My LG C1 48" approval result just out by senheng insurance and they will order replacement panel :\

Cost of panel : 3,600
Labour Charge : 210
Service Transport : 45

Actually my usage (Bought May 2022) also roughly 1 year+ then have dead pixels but until i realised (First time found dead pixel roughly Nov 2023?), it's already developed like more than 10 at top edge but quite separate zone.
