If customs don't allow u to bring water up d plane, they'll ask u to pour out d water in d bottle jus prior to embarking.

I can vouch for that. I'd also asked for hot water from cafes or eateries before. Most people are very willing to help if they see an infant with u. But don't ask me if it's filtered water lah. Cos I wasn't that fussy to begin with.
